“Lunch with VILDA Skåne” is part of a series of informal lunch meetings organised in collaboration with Medicon Village, where VILDA Skåne members come together to strengthen our networks and share insights on various themes of interest for fellow senior female leaders and CEOs in life science.
During this lunch for the autumn, VILDA members are invited to an open and facilitated discussion with a focus on leadership – What does effective leadership look like? Which leadership capabilities need to evolve and grow with our companies/organisations? What are the most common pitfalls in leadership? Do we as women have something unique to bring to the table, and how can we encourage more women to step into senior leadership positions?
